Special training weeks for women in Fuessen
Fuessen, start town of the 2010 CRAFT BIKE TRANSALP powered by NISSAN, takes those observations into account. The Allgaeu bike hotels have organised special offers for female mountain bikers from June 21st through 25th and September 13th through 17th.
In both of those ladies power weeks, the focus is on safe riding. Before entering rough terrain, the first day brings some course training in order to improve the technical riding skills. Thereafter, a female guide, who will take into account the riding level of her group, will lead the participants on the most beautiful trails of the region. Those trips include not only the famous Neuschwanstein Castle but also classic mountain cabin routes.
Here and there, the guides will tip some useful technical winks and also integrate some small training units. The five days lasting program (Monday through Friday) contains a total of three guided tours, the technical training, map material and a high-class jersey.
